Asia Woodmancy Photography
Las Cruces, New Mexico
Why we ranked them
Why we chose Asia Woodmancy Photography
Asia Woodmancy is based in Alamogordo but lists Las Cruces directly among the areas she regularly serves, alongside Holloman Air Force Base and Cloudcroft, making her one of the few photographers on this list deliberately marketing across that wider southern New Mexico corridor rather than staying inside one city's limits. Her focus sits specifically on maternity photography and lifestyle sessions with newborns, worked into a broader family photography practice rather than treated as separate product lines.
Having grown up in Poland and lived in Sicily before settling in New Mexico, she describes her approach as favoring natural, unscripted moments over tightly posed studio setups, aiming for images that reflect how a family actually feels rather than how a session was staged. As a military spouse and mother of two herself, she markets specifically to Holloman-area military families navigating a newborn's earliest weeks, though the lifestyle-with-newborn sessions are open to any Las Cruces-area family who prefers a relaxed, documentary feel over classic studio posing.
