Why we ranked them

Why we chose Kathleen Tolbert Photography

Kathleen Tolbert Photography lists Lawton, OK directly as its location and offers a Fresh 48 package, a session type built specifically around photographing a newborn within the first 48 hours of life, typically in the hospital or immediately after coming home. That narrow, time-sensitive service is a meaningfully different offering than a general portrait session booked weeks later, since a Fresh 48 shoot documents a baby's very earliest hours and a family's first moments together rather than a posed, styled setup. Sessions are kept short, around 30 to 45 minutes, a practical length given how quickly hospital schedules and a newborn's needs can change. As a newer profile on its host directory platform without an established review history yet, the business is best evaluated on the specificity of what it offers rather than on volume of past client feedback. For Lawton families interested specifically in Fresh 48 documentation rather than a later, more traditionally posed newborn session, this narrower specialty is worth knowing about directly.
