Why we ranked them

Why we chose Voigt Photography

Voigt Photography has operated as a family-owned studio in Jamestown since 1997, giving the business roughly three decades of history in the community. Mary Voigt runs the studio out of a dedicated location at 8048 27th St SE, where a “Baby and Kids” gallery on the website sits alongside separate sections for weddings, seniors, sports, commercial work, and realty photography. Newborn images appear directly in that gallery, including a styled portrait of a baby posed among wrapped blankets, alongside photos of older infants and toddlers from the same client families. Client reviews mention multi-generational bookings, including one family who returned for both senior portraits and a full family session in the same year. The studio also handles yearbook and team photography for area schools, which keeps Mary working with familiar faces across several years of a family's life, from newborn portraits through senior pictures. A free consultation is offered before booking, and the studio's site notes flexible payment plans for larger packages. Because the studio has been in continuous operation since the late 1990s, its client base now includes families bringing in a second generation for newborn sessions of their own. Prospective clients can reach the studio directly by phone or through the contact form on the website.
